Awareness

Noticing what is already here

Awareness is the beginning — not because something is wrong, but because something is being felt.

Awareness is the starting point of reflection.
It’s the stage where you begin to notice signals in your work and environment — moments of tension, uncertainty, or fatigue — without immediately trying to explain or resolve them.

Awareness may include noticing:

  • recurring friction
  • situations that require extra effort
  • decisions that feel heavier than expected
  • questions that keep returning

Nothing needs to be changed at this stage.
Awareness is simply about allowing observations to surface and be acknowledged.

Awareness is simply allowing yourself to see:

  • how you respond
  • what costs energy
  • what brings quiet resistance
  • where clarity begins to form

This stage often feels uncomfortable.
That’s normal.

Noticing is not judgment.
It is the beginning of understanding, it is orientation.
You cannot change what you refuse to notice — but noticing does not require action.

Spending time here helps create space for clarity to emerge naturally.
Stay here until things become clearer on their own.
